DESSERT NACHOS! yum!
Good for any celebration and right on time for Cinco de Mayo!
These are WAY too GOOD! Not to share.
Ingredients:
- pretzel chips
- 1 to 1-1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- chocolate chips (1/2 cup or as desired)
- heath bar candies (optional)
- caramel sauce for topping
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spread pretzel chips on a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and marshmallows. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until marshmallows reaches your desired level of toasting. Remove from oven and drizzle with caramel sauce and add a few more chocolate chips. Serve immediately. We enjoyed the leftovers the next day as well.
