Patricia Biagioli “Everyday Hero”
This person would be Patricia Biagioli. She is our daughter’s RN day nurse. They are bff’s and Pat goes with Emma to school and never opposes in going to family outings with Emma. Her story begins like this: our severe medically/physical/mental fragile child was trached in 2009. We got approved for some hours to have a nurse come into our home and help out with Emma. Well, after months and months of going through nurses and recently having to change homecare agencies, we felt at lost that we would never find a nurse that would love our daughter and care for her like we do. Then, it seemed like God answered our prayers. Pat came and introduced herself and after observing her I felt like we found a diamond in the ruff. Pat has been with us now for almost 3 years and she has become part of the family. There has been times when we had emergencies here at home with Emma and even on her days off she would come over to lend a hand until everything gets back to normal. What nurse would do that? In our case, Pat. Her family has gotten to know us and vice versa. We feel so honored to have Pat in our daughter’s life. Emma is one lucky girl to have a “third” grandma to receive so much attention and love from her nurse, Pat. Pat, you set the bar pretty high in our house. We are so grateful and we love you more than words can express.
