Create, Cook, Talk: Grilled Cheese with Brie and Preserves

Grilled Cheese with a twist using Brie and Preservers makes it a perfect sweet and savory sandwich. We paired ours with a salad to complete the meal instead of tomato soup which is a southern tradition.

Grilled Cheese with Brie and Preserves
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
- 2 (7-ounce) wedges Brie, rind removed and sliced
- 8 slices sourdough, sliced ยผ to 1โ2 inch thick
- 1 cup fruit preserves*
- 4 tablespoons salted butter, divided
We used peach preserves, but you could use blackberry preserves, strawberry preserves, apricot preserves, and fig preserves.
