Establishing Routines at Bedtime {Tip 9 of 31}
Bedtime on schooldays can be stressful
A great tip for parents of students who have emotional or behavioral disabilities is to get them used to a routine prior to starting school. Getting children in bed at a certain time and staying on that same schedule, well before school starts, makes it so much easier when they actually have to begin again.
Start now instituting a bedtime and establishing routines to help ease the transition when starting back to school.
