Mom Makeover from the Inside Out (Part 2)
In case you missed part 1 of Mom Makeover from the Inside Out, start reading here.
The gift of “me time ” for Mom
When you hear the word makeover, what comes to mind for you?
A new hairstyle?
Maybe a manicure?
Or perhaps new makeup?
While those are all fun options, those makeover items simply may not be on the wish list of special needs moms.
Because raising, caring, and advocating for a special needs child can take a huge mental and physical toll, oftentimes, special needs moms simply keep going. They take those emotions and feelings and tuck them away until they have the time to feel them or sort them out.
Sadly, that time doesn’t always come.
So, we wanted to offer a makeover with some lasting effects; a makeover of a different kind:
A makeover from the inside out. With life coaching.
Last you met our moms and read a bit about their lives and journeys and now, in this issue, you get the chance to hear just what their journey with life coaching was like.
From What did it feel like to talk about yourself to just how hard was it to find the time for this process….
Take a listen and find out what at benefits they got from the process. And just maybe life coaching might be something you can do for yourself?
And we can guarantee that these benefits will last longer than a new full set of nails.
A big thank you to our coaches and moms for being part of this exciting process.
