Be prepared for your next IEP meeting
Before you go to an IEP meeting, you may wish to consider getting some general information together in order to be better prepared for the meeting. Here is a simple guideline (you can download it here, and add to your IEP Notebook) to help you prepare for your next IEP meeting, as well as to help get your thoughts together. Make sure to share this information at the meeting or with your child’s special education teacher prior to the meeting.
Tip: If you submit this completed form as a basis for discussion, be sure to make a copy for your records.
