Our children with special needs, as well as us as parents, need to learn to be comfortable with transitions in life; this PSN-created checklist talks about a student’s transition process from middle to high school and beyond. The timeline of events is shown for ages 12 – 20 (age 14 is the year this is addressed in an IEP) that may need to be considered as your son/daughter moves towards high school graduation.
