A lot of people (especially ladies) don’t like their photos being taken for all of the reasons this lady mentioned. And if you’re parenting a child with special needs, you probably sacrifice a lot of “you” time for your child, so maybe you don’t work out as often as you’d like (or at all), or don’t eat properly since you’re serving your child’s dietary needs, etc. This 6 minute video, which you can easily scroll by if you don’t think it’s relevant, helps you take a good photo so you can feel a little better about yourself when looking at it.
